local dishes from wide and varied sources.  From the wonderfully and aptly named Singin’ Hinnies or traditional

Gateshead Bacon Floddies to more modern dishes like Barley Risotto with Oyster Mushrooms or Spring Greens

and Feta Cheese Pinwheels.

You will soon be able to download these recipes, but for now you can print them out [or carry your laptop to the kitchen and start

creating] and what is even better, in fact this is the bit I love, you can buy the kit [i.e all the ingredients] to make all the recipes.

We think this is fantastic, there is no no need to go trawling round lots of places to get lots of ingredients – just one click and hey
